2. Shipping Methods

- Road/Rail Transport (for cross-border land shipments)
The appropriate method is selected based on the order size, urgency, and destination country.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time ranges from 7 to 30 business days, depending on destination and shipping mode.
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance, port congestion, or unforeseen logistics issues. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the volume, weight, destination, and mode of transport.
- Charges will be clearly mentioned in the proforma invoice or quotation.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- All import duties, VAT, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The buyer must ensure all necessary import permits and licenses are in place.
- We assist with documentation (e.g., Invoice, Packing List, COO, Phytosanitary Certificate, etc.), but final clearance is the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Delivery Address and Accuracy
- Please provide accurate shipping details including full address, contact number, and authorized consignee information.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer.
7. Inspection and Receipt
- Upon delivery, the buyer must inspect the goods for any damage, shortage, or discrepancy.
- Any issues must be reported in writing within 3 business days of delivery, with photographic evidence if applicable.
8. Risk and Title
- Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping agent or forwarder (FOB/EXW terms), unless otherwise stated.
- Title to the goods passes only after full payment is received.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays or non-delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, port strikes, war, or customs bans.
